Your Business Has Nothing To Do With Your Network Marketing Company

Most people think they have to sell the company products to succeed in network marketing or MLM. Even though it is a marketing job your if your focus is on the products or service your company offers you will never succeed.

All that matters as far as the company is concerned is that whatever it offers has real value to the consumer and most network marketing companies products do. If you are in network marketing your business is MARKETING.

If you had two tons of product at your home you would still need to learn marketing if you want to make any money. Learning a system to recruit distributors and then teaching that to your prospects is your real business.

If you teach what works to your downline and help them get your system working for them you will be working in the right direction. All of the industry income leaders do this and you will also have to if you want to succeed.

Think about McDonalds for a minute. This is the same formula they use. They are great at marketing and delivering but the product is average. People keep returning for their food not because it is so good but because it is fast, cheap, and predictable.

Ray Kroc put together a system for delivering an average product using certain tools and instructions. Then he coupled it with an awesome marketing system that has enabled him to sell billions of average burgers.

So basically, a system is a collection of tools and instructions. Your job as a network marketer is to market your system to distributors that retail the products. You do this by learning a system that works and teaching it to your downline.

When you teach what has worked for you to others, they become leaders that teach the same to people they sign up. Leaders are the REAL product and what this business is really about. Your success depends on how many people you can help to become leaders.

A great company with a great product and using an awesome system will speed up your success but it will not decide if you are to make it or not. You will succeed no matter what if you become a leader. If you learn valuable skills and help others without worrying about any of the other stuff you will make it big regardless of anything else.

You have a choice in this world. You can be just another face in the crowd following the herd just because you are here. Or you can try to make the most of what little time you have on this earth by doing everything in your power to live at the highest level you can.

Life is a gift and it is your duty to get all you can out of your short time here. If you help others become leaders you will not only be living up to your potential but you will be setting off a chain reaction that will affect countless others in the world.

What better gift can you give than to teach others how to help even others to become leaders? This would be viral and could spread to an unimaginable amount of people.
