Drinking a good amount of water daily not only helps your body stay hydrated but it does wonders for your skin. Water helps flush impurities from your body and helps the body intake necessary nutrients efficiently. Drinking plenty of water can keep your skin looking fresh while enhancing your natural glow.

Smoking and alcohol can be contributing factors of skin aging.
