The new Uchiko restaurant may also occupy a portion of the area which was formerly known as the Seton Hospital Office Building which is again at 4200 N. Lamar. Till now Tyson Cole plans to open Uchiko during the springs or summers of 2010. Sources say that this new Uchiko will be having an eatery of entirely new style which will be combining the Japanese and Basque cuisines along with the Spanish cuisine.

Uchi Austin has served for around six years in Austin. People have adored this restaurant both in terms of its food and services.
