The Only Strategy That Truly Works In a Home Based Business

Have you heard of "I Learning Global?" It WAS a network marketing company until recently. Their product is information. People could join and pay money monthly for access to the site. Members could download books, video and audio tutorials, reports, etc... It was growing very fast and enjoying a fabulous ride in network marketing.

Then curiously, they decided to change the status of their company. They called the top producers and told them there would be no more checks and they would not be a network marketing company any longer. The only reason I know this now is because of the #1 producer for that company.

His name is David Wood and he became the top recruiter for I Learning Global, completely blowing everyone else in that company away in the amount of recruits he was able to sign up, in a few short months.

This is not a get rich quick story and I do not want to mislead anyone so let's start with what I know about him. I know he worked in different network marketing companies for years and never really got it going very good. He wound up with a job but he knew he needed to give the industry another shot.

He started with another company and was searching around and found a lead generation and marketing training system that is actually a funded proposal, affiliate marketing, list building, training system all rolled up into one.

One of the primary focuses of this system is to teach marketers how to promote themselves as leaders and build a list of prospects that you provide solutions for. This system teaches you how to promote YOU and to build the brand YOU Inc. David Wood did this and when I Learning Global took away his paycheck this YOU branding saved his business.

Since he was building his own list and promoting himself as a leader, he was able to become the top recruiter in his primary network marketing company AND he became the top recruiter in the system he was using. The system was not only paying him as an affiliate but also had many other affiliates tied to it which produced many income streams for it;s members. The system also had a contest and David was able to win the first place prize of a new BMW for the number of recruits to the system.

The lead generation system provided him the leads he needed to become the top producer in I Learning Global and, when they changed their rules, the concept of branding yourself and controlling the list of leads yourself gave him the platform needed to move from one company to another.

This could actually happen to anyone and will. Anyone who is truly building a business of their own with this concept is assured of staying in business but everyone else will be up the proverbial creek. Any company could change their rules and anyone could also inadvertently break ONE rule and be disqualified.

There is no better reason to learn the principles of attraction marketing than that ability alone. But there are many other reasons to learn it. It also teaches you how to get your prospects to find you instead of the other way around. How much easier would your job be if instead of chasing your limited personal contact list as prospects you could get 10 or 20 people per day who are interested in what you have to find you.

If you focused on building a list of these people and you helped the people on that list with effective tools and training that really provided solutions for their problems, that would be YOUR business. It would not matter what else happened with any company.

When I Learning Global called David Wood up and told him his checks wouldn't be coming anymore it was almost as if he never missed a beat. It hammers home the concept of owning your own list and promoting yourself as a leader to get people to join you instead of promoting your company and having them join your company's list instead of yours.

He was able to send an email to his team and start with another company and pick up where he left off. He went right back to being one of the leading producers in the company in the first day.

When you are a distributor for a company you own nothing but when you adopt the attraction marketing concept of building your own list of people who like and trust you because you provided solutions for them, that is a business you truly own. If it is your list that is your business and any company is just a part of your business.
