Today we are going to talk about the last thing, about our bad habits.Most of us (90+%) do one of these things : smoking, drinking, and eating a lot of junk food that's can be okay when we are 20-35 years old but when you come to 40 your metabolism got changed it become slower your body take more time to heal from a sickness ,and the odds that you will get one got bigger, especially if we smoke or drink too much and eat a lot of sugar.
I can tell you 3 sure things: first one smoking is unnecessary and hurt the second is drinking it's not so bad if you do it in the right amount and the same for sugar you have to think how to stop smoking if you do and minimize the amount of alcohol and candy in your menu when you do this you will fix most of your problems so come on let's start makes changes, good luck!
