Have you ever woke up and decided it was time to change your life? Well that is what happened to me this morning. I woke up at six AM and crawled out of bed and realized I am 34 years old but I feel like I am 80. It was hard to get out of bed because my joints hurt and I am always hacking up a lung in the morning. So this morning is the start of change in my life.
I am a smoker, I do not exercise much and my eating habits are awful. So today is the day that I put my foot down and take charge of my own life. Today is when my life does a complete one-eighty. Today I will jot down a complete life map with directions that will point me to a healthy and spiritually new life.
On Friday, November 13, 2009 I will quit smoking. That following Monday I will take A look at my diet and revamp it to make it more healthy, also on that day I will get a membership to a gym and start exercising once again. There is also some other changes I am making, nothing big but needed changes.
Now you are probably wondering why decided to do this all a sudden and why I decided to tell you. Well the best way to make change is to tell as many people you can because then you are held up to it and everyone expects you to do it. Also I am writing this to show everybody that change can be done. To show those out there who find it too hard to quit smoking or too hard to get back in shape and think that it cannot be done. Well I know it can be done. This is what I am going to do for you. I am going to keep a blog of everything I change in my life and keep it completely open for the public.
I am going to show everyone how easy it is to change your life or do anything you want as long as you stick to it. I will show how easy it is to write down goals and how easy it is to achieve those goals with hardly any effort. I will also be around to give support and advice to anybody that wants change in their life but is struggling in doing it. Because today can also be your day to take charge of your life.
