For tourists undecided whether to take a traditional hotel vacation or splash out on a villa holiday, good news comes from one hotel on the island who has decided to offer the best of both worlds.

Forty new villas have been built to meet the changing holiday trends for Tenerife, with some fabulous amenities and perks available at the new villas.

The villas are part of a five-star hotel in Tenerife, so the accommodation offered is first class. Each villa has their own points of entrance, so you do not have to go through the hotel to get to the villas. This lends to greater privacy for guests. Tourists however, still get to enjoy all of the activities at the main hotel and can be escorted to bars, restaurants and attractions on buggies provided by the hotel and villas.

Each villa hosts its own jacuzzi and private swimming pool. Each also has a private terrace that is with tropical plants. There are one or two bedroom villas, depending on your occupancy needs. The decor in each villa is kept neutral to provide the ultimate relaxation experience possible. Holidaymakers have access to room service 24 hours a day. When not spending time in your villa, it is only a short distance to the sandy white beaches, which are major attractions in Tenerife.

Villas have become quite popular among Tenerife tourists and other places around the world - villas are more private than hotel rooms and still allow guests to enjoy all the same activities provided by five-star hotels, such as spas, galleries and restaurants. This makes a villa a prime choice for holiday accommodation.

It is true that villas generally cost more than hotel room prices, but to some it is a small sacrifice when weighed with the option of having more space to lounge around in and a more secluded environment. Villas are especially popular among young couples and newlyweds.

Villas traditionally offer more amenities than a traditional hotel room. For instance, some will have small kitchens that are fully stocked, perfect for a quiet evening in your room. Villas also offer an option for additional televisions and/or DVD players. In essence, villas try hard to replicate a home away from home to make your holiday a memorable occasion, and the hotel is able to offer guests who don't want to stay in a hotel but do want the facilities a choice of different size and cost Tenerife villas

When holidaying as a family, villas just make more sense because of the spacious room they offer. It's hard to get everyone up and out the door in cramped quarters. And, if it happens to rain one day, who wants to be stuck in a small space with not much to do? Villas give your family options that hotel rooms simply cannot. Bring along some games in case of bad weather, but that does not happen very often in Tenerife, where the sun shines over 300 days a year on average.
