Symbian S60 Messenger ‘s for Nokia device Reviewed

Instant messaging from Mobile is cheap & convenient way to communications with friends and colleagues around the world in real time. This type of service help us to get connected all time with rest of the world. This is very important service for business man to get connect with clients any time. Now days youths are more involved in social networking such as Orkut , Facebook and many more ,many of messenger services are now connoted with social networking site.
Many of Nokia S60 based messenger are now available for free which also support Skype account. This allows the option of free voice calls with other users of Skype and low cost calls to any land line around the world.
In this article I am going to review three of the most promising messaging app's for Nokia S60 . All of these app's are free to download and use, but need small money for Skype Calls.
First up is Windows Live Messenger
This is the best MSN application I ever seen. It's working on all 3rd Edition devices. The best about it is that it`s freeware. The application offers you not only the messenger it even offers you a hotmail client. I personallyliked the UI and the chat screen has support for emoticons and displays the pictures of your online contacts. You also have the option to tell the client how you want to sign in(online, busy, appear offline).
Setup:
When you first launch Windows Live Messenger you are asked to enter your hotmail login details or create a new account. Creating a new account takes a matter of seconds, then you are ready to start adding your contacts
Nimbuzz
Nimbuzz Mobile lets you call, chat, message, and send files on the go, for free. It combines all your buddies from Skype, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, AIM, Google Talk and more. One login, one contact list, all accounts.
The Nimbuzz services I noticed are
Locate your Friends: Share your location and retrieve the location of your buddies on a map. Great for arranging face to face meetings.
Make yourself heard: If your buddies are offline, let them know you're trying to get in touch by sending them a "Buzz". It will start Nimbuzz Mobile on their mobile phone.
Never lose your Contacts: Use the Phonebook to back up and restore your contacts. Contacts will be backed up online. Comes in handy when you have lost your mobile phone
This add a great functionality to Nokia S60 Mobile Device. Nimbuzz is new messenger with some extra feature like Buzz that make it a little bit different from other nokia messengers.

Fring
Fring is a mobile internet service & community that enables users to talk, chat & interact with other fring users and their online communities, from their mobile phones.

Fring allowing the freedom to communicate with all popular communities' members (Skype, MSN Messenger, Google Talk, ICQ, SIP, Twitter, Yahoo!, AIM) without boundaries, and regardless of device, network operator, platform or the community(ies) to which they belong.
All fring calls are routed to a VoIP gateway and PSTN termination server. Calls destined to GSM and PSTN networks pass through a circuit switch such as Skype or SIP. Calls to VoIP users continue through the VoIP gateway to their destinations. Fring currently lacks DTMF capability.

You add other services by going to add-on menu ,by selecting the services you belong to from a list and then typing in your login details for each.
Conclusion:
Windows Messenger for S60 is now out dated but for those who prefer it its good, But in taking concern today's life it's important to have a multi S60 messenger which support many services just like Nimbuzz and fring. Both of them has their own specialty like Nimbuzz differed to fring in its "Buzz" service and fringsupport is vast. Now Choice is yours.
