The call center Industry has become one of the most successful and fastest-growing industries in the Philippines today. It was even recognized as the Sunshine Industry of the Philippines due to its massive growth in only less than a decade.

According to industry experts, the main reason why the call center industry had gained its continuous successful streak is because of their call center services which had evolved since the start of the call center industry to accommodate the growing demands and rapidly changing needs of the market.

Success through their Services
Though the call center industry had started as a mere provider of email response and managing services, the industry had grown and recognized as a provider of call center services when a number of third-party companies had introduced live answer service to their clients, such as customer care and technical support.

Eventually, the demand for such services had grown in the Philippines, which also led to the massive and rapid growth of call center companies and agencies around the country. This then marked the start of the call center industry.


Part of the reason why the demand for call center services had continuously expanded is because of the many new Live Answering Service that many call center companies and agencies had introduced in the industry.

One popular example of those call center companies is Magellan Call Center and their Business Answering Service. Magellan Call Center is one of the few call center agencies in the Philippines that offered live answering services to small and medium companies in the Philippines, such as order taking services and reservation services.

Because of a number of new call center services in the market, the call center industry gained access to a number of new markets in the Philippines which normally didnít require Live Answering Service, such as hotels, restaurants, clinics, hospitals, and many others.

Other than order taking and reservation services, as well as customer and technical support, the call center industry had also introduced a number of new call center services from customer relation services such as travel services, financial services, and educational services, to business-to-business call center services such as online business to customer support, online business to business support.
