There are a number of popular call center companies in the Philippines today in which many companies, both local and foreign, have gained advantage from. One of the most popular and recognized call center companies is Magellan Call Center.

The call center industry is one of the most successful and one of the largest industries in the Philippines today. Part of what made it successful is because of its massive growth in only less than a decade, which is rare in any other types of industries in the Philippines.
