So, you have been struggling with a home base business. Its not making even making enough money to pay for the business expenses.

The first Wellness Company I joined, it came under an Affiliate Program. It encouraged distributors to buy leads. It sounded like a good idea for many of us. But the fact is that many of these leads turned out to be a waste of time. A friend I made through the opportunity, bought some £5000 worth of leads that were supposed to be of people who were looking for a business opportunity. The result was no-one signed up. I was listening to a live training call the other night and I heard of other examples of people that bought leads that did not work. If you look on the internet there are loads are companies that will sell you leads. People in the call reported of similar and worst experiences of loosing huge amounts of money. We learnt that many of the leads they phoned were either wrong phone numbers, the person had moved, or even worse the person had died. We bought some leads and had a similar experience. For your business to succeed you need a supply of retail and business prospects.

Which brings me to my next point. We sent our prospective leads to a presentation video of the product and business opportunity.
It totally put people off the products and opportunity. Most affiliate programs will convince you that you will be provided with all the tools needed on the internet. Tools to make your home business grow.

Our mentors were adamant that we should not purchase our own website. The sad thing is that we followed them because it is usually told to you by inspiration speakers, to follow your mentor. We were told if we follow them we will be as successful as they were. Well, no wonder they were successful. They charged each person in their down line £70 rental for the internet tools each month.

Many MLM, companies that you sign up for will encourage you to buy their products. We were told at training events to be "A PRODUCT OF THE PRODUCTS". To make any reasonable retail profit we had to buy the supervisor order which knocked us back £2,700, British Sterling. The products were so expensive and we found that price put most people off the products. The sad thing is that a former customer contacted us and said that she could buy the products on EBay at a lower price.

Every Cloud has a silver lining. I am a fighter and never give up.
Network marketing can and does work. It works if you have the right training and support. Training that will give you all the knowledge of how to use the right tools to build up your retail business. Also to know how to attract a good a down line of distributors. To pass on to them the right training to be successful in their business too. Duplication that works.
