We need to let our bodies realise that food will be a regular thing and that it doesn't need to hoard it away just in case a dinosaur decides to camp outside our cave!


It was always thought that starving yourself would force you to lose weight. This has since been disproved and experts currently suggest grazing or eating lots of regular small meals.
