Recover from that Party

Many of us love partying and if it is the weekend, the party animals throw caution to the wind and rock the dance floor till the wee hours of the morning. Having a good night's sleep is a wastage of time for most of them.

Last night I met a friend who had partied non-stop for three days(!) and to make up for it he slept for 14 hours at a stretch! But is 14 hours of non-stop sleep good enough to rejuvenate someone who has not slept for three days? Does it have the bower to balance out the energy loss? Is it healthy in the first place?

With all these questions in mind, I logged on to the bloggers' paradise Ninebean.com and tried to figure out what the writers of the website's health section had to say about this. And yes, I found my answer! According to the bloggers there, people who disrupt the sleep process, even for a single night, may find that they haven't mastered certain tasks. Research has confirmed that both men and women need up to nine and a half hours of sleep every night.

Now you might be wondering why of all places do I go looking for answers at Ninebean.com. Why not check out other websites dedicated to health? Why not call up a doctor friend? Well, the health blogs have always been my favourite haunt at Ninebean.com. The writings there are devoid of medical jargons and have always been more of a friendly advice rather than a doctor's prescription.

Few days back I went through acne treatment in a reputed clinic in Boston, but the problem refused to die down even after several sittings. It was again a helpful blogger at Ninebean.com whose article helped me understand my problem and choose the right kind of advanced treatment.

When it comes to medical problems it is perhaps always better to go to the doctor. But then we also turn to our family and friends for advice and counselling, don't we? And the bloggers at Ninebean.com are exactly that — an extended family of friends, always ready to help. There's not only fun information about how bad breath might be caused more by the toothpaste and the mouth wash but also on more serious topics like figuring out reasons for miscarriage and still birth and how to avoid them.

And the sharing doesn't end there. I was really surprised after reading a blog on dream interpretations on Ninebean.com. I had no idea that the nightmare, which woke me up today morning, actually symbolizes something good for me. The health blogs of the site seem to know me, my problems and my worries. And I have no qualms in admitting that these blogs have made me an addict of Ninebean.com.
