Northeast Black Forest
The northeastern Black Forest real estate area is located in El Paso County.Situated to the north of the City of Colorado Springs area, this tranquil area is a mixture of the well-established ranch style houses and striking new homes. Some of the houses are on five acres of land and some of the houses are on 36 acres of land. The areas surrounding the houses are grassland or treed and some of the houses have gorgeous mountain views.
Some of the areas in the northeastern Black Forest real estate area include : Forest Green established in 1973, Cherry Creek Springs established in 1997-2005, and Black Forest Reserves established in 2005-2006.
