THINGS TO LOOK FOR IN A MAKATI CONDO

Condominiums in Makati are not the cheapest condos in the Philippines. On the contrary, they're actually some of the most expensive. This is probably because makati condos provide convenient residences for the country's busiest type of people - the makati yuppies.
This fact however does not necessarily mean that a makati yuppie is confined only by price in choosing the right condominium for him/her. There are several factors that a buyer needs to consider before purchasing a makati condo. Here are some of them:
1.) Proximity to the place of work
One of the main reasons why makati condos are so expensive is because they're relatively close to places of work. The closer a condo is to a yuppie's place of work, the less time he/she spends in traveling between work and home. This provides him/her more time for other important things such as sleep; after-work activities like going to the gym or shopping; watching movies; or just hanging out with friends.
2.) Amenities
Most makati condo are competitively priced, meaning they more or less fall within the same range. Because this is the case, a buyer may get more out of his/her money by choosing the condo that offers the most number of amenities. Different condos offer different amenities. There are those that feature swimming pools, gyms, billiard halls and other recreational areas. Others offer free parking spaces. Some even provide room service. Depending on his/her needs, a buyer can choose the appropriate condo for him/her even if they all cost the same.
3.) Price
Even though most makati condo fall within the same range, differences of a few hundreds or thousands can be very significant depending on several factors. For a rookie yuppie that's just starting to earn money, these few hundreds can determine how much money goes to extra food or how much money can be spent for leisure activities. On the other hand, for those who are looking to buy and sell these condos, profit will be determined by this difference.
A buyer may also consider price fluctuations as a significant issue. Units whose prices are going up are especially good prospects. One can either resell them or expect commercialization within their vicinity.
