
Country Music Band Stolen Horses - May News

For all you Stolen Horses fans out there here is a news update for what is going on in 2009. The band is doing a recording later this month of a great song called Kissing on her Redneck. The song has great county drive and is really grabbing peoples attention everywhere the band is playing the tune at. David Lyle, Lead Singer, really believes this song could be a huge hit. Stolen Horses is going into studio and recording this tune later this month, and should be available on their demo CD by June. Stolen Horses has recently acquired a new guitar player whose name is Keith. He has a great chicken pickin country style that compliments the band very well. He has been with the band about a month now and has really added a lot of value. A new agent that Stolen Horses has recently started booking through is Dagen Entertainment . Their most recent booking was at Shooters Saloon in Superior, WI . This is a great country music venue that a lot of people are going to hear great live country music. The gig was in early May and done Tuesday through Sunday. This was a great chance for the band to gel and entertain a whole new region of people. Some new songs the band now knows is Copper Head Road, which is a great tune that features the Mandolin, and Souths Gonna Do it Again by Charlie Daniels. They have goals learning songs like Country Man by Luke Bryan and some more bluegrass styles. They look forward to playing at the bar Cowboy Up in Mendon, MI this next week and play out some of the new country tunes that they have learned. The Cowboy Up Bar is a great line dancing Bar that really pulls in a lot of country fans far and wide.
