how to improve the quality of indian cinema in present era?

International movies have got oscar awards and many nominations for english movies every year which cater to only european movies and american movies and rarely asia pacific region and african movies are covered in oscar awards or even considered for oscar awards.
Infact, oscar nominations must now make a change i feel recognise patrons and emerging technological innovations from asia pacific region also and from other countries because movie does not involve just spot location,camera,shots,shooting,acting or something actors involved.
it involves the equipment for making shots namely camera ,makeups ,parlour,gym for fitness ,others and for delivering through right media ofcourse cinema is the best entertainment in all countries.many people from asia pacific region come forward to watch foreign movies and every people involved in movies field try to improve in quality and bring best out of them in their local country. Still always,it is only within the country, why foreigners in america and europe dont come to asia and other countries in africa or even watch asian movies and african movies and appreciate in a global level and make efforts to form an appreciating team and get other countries people or even may be their parent country to gain recognition in oscar i wonder?.
in movie it is not only acting, it is performance, it involves clarity of thought in words in making pronounciation and quality which must be decent and not copy anything bad from others right from dressing to action, asia movies in ancient had their own charm because the dialogues in movies was excellent,the lyrics of songs were excellent and had thought provoking meaning not so bad like todays. still asian movies must look forward to improve and be decent in covering good aspects of women folk mainly via movies and use healthy approach in getting respect for their country women and best name for their cinema using fully covered decent clothes for women in movies.
in ancient movies in asia, women were dressed well with decency with and commanded respect even in movies,some of such movies never even went for oscar nomination but had values in rich tradition.
banumathi and s.v.rangarao,nageswararao were legends in indian telugu cinema but they never gained oscar recognition.
now in movies,both lyrics and dressing sense are bad for women, learn good things from others even while watching movies, because if vulgar things are depicted via movies then children of the present future will develope a bad taste for which parents who are of those children some of them who are involved in cinema will feel bad if they dont have a rich decent and quality taste.
movies must show morals of life,and not bad things.
infact foreign movies have nothing,but asian movies have something best in what way, in foreign movies in europe and america they use the word natural and expose vulgar things via this media and it is not healthy approach.
asian movies may be different, but highly principled , they have to bring a theme for their country and should be decent bringing respect for every woman who act in cinema by projecting her well.every actress and movie has a story and actress is a legend for that movie. the movie has to give respect for her and treat her well .
cinema involves acting, acting involves role playing,dialogue reciting and so on, take good things in acting,but omit bad things involving worst affecting wounding things for women in movies. She might be someones wife in real life,she might be someones sister and mother in real life,and daughter also. How much ever amount the cinema gives the chastity,integrity and purity is something which every family cares for their women which has to be preserved to the maximum in any movie.movies have respect and quality so long the women are treated well.
if this principle is alone done am sure oscar can be won by telugu,tamil,hindi,bengali,japanese,chinese,so much.
