In this article we want to talk about article marketing, list building and do email marketing to buildyour business. This is a great concept and is another one of the many benefits of article marketing.
You can use the articles that you write to create an email marketing campaign for specific products within your niche. Many of us already have written articles and are not putting them to their full use.
When you write and submit articles to you get to add a resource box, or as it is also called a bio box. Your resource box can lead to your splash page where you capture contact information for future follow up.
If you view your articles as potential leads for your business, then you will want to write as many of them as possible. When you provide quality information in your articles your reader will want to click on the link in your resource box and then give you their email address and name.
It will still be up to you to work with those people and develop relationships with them. However, this would never be possible without getting the name to start with.

The thing I like about using articles for this is how non threatening it is to the reader. There is no pressure what so ever for them to click on your link or even give you their name and email address.
This is what a well written article will do for your business. You will get your reader in the mood to click on the link and learn more about you and your products.
In a passive way your article is pre selling you! The more people you have read your articles the more chances you have to build your list for future follow up.
If you look at the best written resource boxes you will see they are short and direct with a call to action. If the top authors are doing this it must work, right!
In summary, using articles to build your list, and also for email marketing, is a great way to build a solid future for your business. The good thing is anyone can do this if they are consistent in their article marketing effort. Then be sure and follow up and build relationships with your list once you have one going.
