Today tools for web designing are becoming a lot more easier. Just by having an idea about it anyone can already make their own website. Because of this a non professional web designer misses a lot of key and important elements when it comes to designing a web site.

There are things that a person should be considering when it comes to web design.

Continuity of Design
In designing a web site one should consider that anything which had been decided to place into the web page should relate and compliment any design which had been placed into it. It must convey unity in it.

In able to achieve continuity in a web page the best way to start with it is by just keeping it simple. For example by just sticking with just one color pallet allows to prevent the clashing of colors and by just using only one type of font style. Just always make the difference between headlines and body text clear to distinguish between the two of them.

Focus
Letting your visitors know what is the real significant of your web site is the best way to achieve this. In the main page indicate what is your site all about then place links that will lead the viewers to the page of the site which will be elaborating the said topic. Never mix topics which are not related to each other. You may provide categories which will be able to identify each subjects accordingly.

By creating a well designed text, allows to promote the main purpose of what ever the site would like to impart. This will be able to convince viewers to check what the link is all about.

Capturing Leads
Don't neglect this because if ever you do well don't expect for the success of your site.

Web design is actually the perspective of making a better design, a design which will be able to capture ones attention. It is for the purpose of organizing a website. Capturing leads must be given appropriate notice of. A website must be able to communicate to its viewers effectively. Links or any command that needs to be seen immediately must be placed to where it can be easily seen.

Most likely people wouldn't waste time to look for commands which are hard to find, they tend to go to a more organize site. Remember people prefer an organize web site.
