It is not necessary for you to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars being beautiful does not mean that you have to waste the money that you worked hard for.

For the face

A Roma facial is one of the best beauty secrets of Italian women. Since tomatoes are in abundance in Italy, women use this as a natural beauty treatment. This facial is very easy to do, and you will surely love the results that it will give you. To do this, slice a tomato into thin strips. Apply a thin layer of yogurt or milk all over your face except near your eyes and around your mouth. You then have to place carefully the tomato strips all over your face where you applied the yogurt. If you desire, you can put sliced cucumbers on your peepers to remove dark circles, fine lines, or wrinkles. Allow the Roma facial to sit on your face for about 10 to 15 minutes then wash it off with lukewarm water.

Tomato is one of the best natural ingredients that you can put on your skin since it helps to soothe inflammation or irritation. The yogurt, on the other hand, provides intense hydration to the skin.

For the skin

Italian women are known all over the world because of their soft and smooth skin. If you want to have a touch-worthy skin that will make you the envy of many, you should apply a small amount of olive oil all over your body, just like what Italian women do. You should focus more on the parts of your body that are prone to dryness such as on your elbows, knees, and hands. After five to ten minutes, rinse it off with warm water. Voila! You will have skin that is worthy to be touched all the time.

For the hair

Monica Bellucci is a famous Italian actress known for her shiny and thick locks that will make even Rapunzel envious. The actress revealed that her secret to enviable tresses is by applying olive oil on her locks because this is what they do in Italy. You can also do this because it is revealed in some studies that olive oil can provide moisture to the hair and skin. Italian women also shampoo their hair two to three times in a week so that the natural oils of the hair will not be stripped off.
