Obesity, the first thing that comes into your mind is the tummy. People often develop bad paunch due to accumulated fat and lack of exercise. Fat rich food is a major culprit here. Avoid chips, burger, pizzas and other food which contains lot of butter and cheese in them. If you are really fond of it, you can prepare low fat pizzas at home with less butter and more of vegetables, pepper, salt and tomato-chilli sauce. Keep your taste buds satiated and control the accumulation of calorie at the same time.

Fruits that you must consume: Vitamin C fruits are good to lower down the calories in you. Avoid calorie rich fruit such as banana, chikoo and mango. Instead you can have orange, guava, lemons, lime, tangerines and grape fruit. It is said that these fruits contain Vitamin C in abundance and thus helps in fighting against the calories which is first diluted and removed from your body.

Lean dairy products such as milk, yoghurt, cheese can be used as a calorie burner. This encourages weight loss and breaks down the calorie. Apple is another fruit which is known to provide similar results. It is due to the presence of pectin stops the cells from absorbing calories. Excess body weight can be curbed with the help of anti oxidants present in apple fruit.

Your metabolism rate should be high if you want to stop the accumulation of calories. Exercise can help you increase your metabolism rate. Drink green tea to improve your metabolic rate. It helps you to reduce excess weight and avoid any unwanted accumulation.

The juice of garlic or the oil of garlic has the same protective property towards body cells and catalyses the action of getting rid of body fat. Many Indians aware of this fact are mixing their atta with soy flour. The metabolism is boosted and the foods themselves are deficit in calories, the energy and fat that is stored in the body help in the digestion process. 6 large onions (or less if required), 2 green peppers, 1-2 cans tomatoes, 1 bunch celery, 1/2 head cabbage include Knorr chicken cube (or 1 packet Liptons onion soup mix), 1-2 cubes bouillon if desired mixed up well may be consumed. If you eat these fat burning foods and do some exercise, it will boost your metabolism and burn more calories (fat) at a faster rate for several hours even after exercise.
