Why is it that so many companies come and go in mlm and why is Numis Network just another number? Here we will explain in some detail the pros and cons of Numis Network and something they are not mentionin on their site.

Many of you are aware that Numis Network are trying to sell their gold and silver coins through multi-level marketing. There goal is to leverage the power of mlm and allow regular folks to collect coins on adp and sell coins on the back end while maintaining a downline of coin collectors. That is the idea behind Numis Network instead of trying to sell through shoppers network, etc.

I have to admit in the beginning I though the idea of collecting valuable coins through an mlm company is a great idea but can it really work? I have always had a fascination with coins and art. I have seen some really nice collections in the past. But I will be upfront and tell you I am NOT a distributor of Numis Network and ther eis a reason for this. After doing some extensive research things have become much more clear.

For starter I will say Numis Network is a real company and indeed has some credibility in the market but not through network marketing. Big difference. This is the reason Numis MLM Network is not resonating with me.

First thing I noticed with Numis Network is how they stress it is easy to build at their website. This is a straight up lie. No mlm is easy to build. They say to send people over to their company link an that's all you need to do. If you spend any time in this industry I'm sure you know there is MUCH more to it than that. I've yet to find any company that is 'easy' to build whether it's Numis or any other company.

Let me stress this, marketing a replicated website simply will not work. People look at is as a sales pitch and run in the other direction. They can go over to google or ebay, type in coins, and get the same exact thing Numis is giving you.

The main reason is that people first off are not going to join your company they are going to join YOU. I don't care what your promoting. So unless you look different from the crowd your replicated website don't mean didly squat. In most cases your going to tell that person what it is you do and they are going to Google it and go sponsor shopping. That's the reality behind network marketing. If your not creating "YOU Inc." your going to struggle period.

People in network marketing are attracted to leaders and people who know this industry inside out.

If your just another face in the crowd marketing Numis your going to fail. How are you different? What do you offer to people that others don't? This is what seperates winners from losers in network marketing.

If you don't have any value to offer yet I can honestly say you'd probably be better off right now. Start learning something right now that will benefit others down the road.

With that being said, more about the Numis Network...

Numis Network does have somewhat of a lucrative compensatin plan they pays well. It is a binary with two legs on each side. People that sign up under you will earn you a commission and residuals down the road when people order product or sell product. This is your basic mlm comp plan and works with any product.

Every time someone joins your business you get paid $50. The thing is that person MUST join the company training program. I have seen one other company charge for company training and that company fell on their face. Company training should be free. I hope god himself is the one doing the training but lets get real. Depending on company training is death for any network marketing distributor. But charging a fee for it? Scam???

In my own opinion I would guess they are training people how to market their product and not themselves (which is essential to being successful in MLM). Companies that offer training have one intention and that is how to market their product. So basically you are working for them and not yourself.

Bottom line they want more money, more leads, and more business. Companies that promote their own training don't care if you personally succeed or not. They just want you to use your own time and money to build their company. Don't EVER depend on company training. I have personally witnessed thousands of people fail in multiple companies because of this dependance.
