Yucatan real estate part 3 my travel house buying journal 2008




In the Merida Yucatan Real Estate market there are many homes to buy, the best homes are located in Merida Centro, it is all in the name Centro is central so this helps when you want to arrive to your Yucatan real estate and not have to go far to get the living essentials with supermarkets and amenities close by.




My sister Sarah has just arrived and we are spending the weekend cleaning tiles. We have been asked by our local Yucatan realtor here in Merida to allow clients to view our home so they can see what can be achieved with elbow grease and a bit of a dream to renovate and refurbish their own piece of Yucatan Properties.




Just yesterday we had a visit from Michael and Francis Sissy who both commented on the clean lines of the home and the paint work John achieved on our last visit we told them about our plans to update the home and our club that will encourage others to buy Yucatan Properties, we went on to say that Merida is not the only good place in Yucatan as we are discovering but we certainly call it our new home, we'll Mexico vacation home for now.




After the couple left we heard from John who had taken a trip to a beach that the locals are very fond of will give you this info later, and he has seen another property he would like to buy… remember John is a real estate investor and Mexico real estate is his new focus, he wants to buy more Yucatan property and more Merida real estate as a main area as he see's it has an awesome future, those are his famous investor words, I now call him the Yucatan Real Estate king it's our little joke at home.




I am working on my Spanish too, and my sister Sarah is keen for mum and dad to visit next year so we will have the best time I am sure. Roberto from next door is inviting to the Yucatan real estate investor club which he has set up with us last week. I will update you on my that new beach and also more on Merida real estate.
