Firstly, you will need to provide content to the consumer. This is done by either article marketing or video marketing. You can choose to do either, but obviously the more you market the more traffic you will drive to your website so if low cost is your only option in network marketing your best bet would be to take massive action on both of these options.
Blog posting is also a very effective cost efficient way to get traffic. Once you have created your blog, post all of your content onto your blog to help bring your blog page up on the organic Search Engine rankings. Once again, consistency and massive action is the key to results.
Another effective way to bring in the traffic is by using Social Media Marketing. The results here can be phenomenal if you take daily action on these sites adding friends and followers, joining groups and posting relevant information and posts that will direct people to your website. Stay focused in this area, spending your allocated social media time to building your network and driving people to your site.
There is also a free classifieds option. This will only allow you to write a few lines about your business so what you do choose to write should be drawing a level of curiosity to the reader so they will be tempted to click on your link. Don't sell, don't explain, just generate curiosity. Classifieds usually require you to one ad at a time in each state (worldwide) so they do require huge action but can pay off in a big way with consistency.
Once these free strategies start to pay off and bring you some business i suggest that you put 100% of your profit back into some paid advertising methods for a while, 3 months or so. After this you can be consistent to paid and free methods on a regular basis and reap the benefits that you have drawn starting with a budget of practically zero!
