What is a Low Carbs Diet you ask? Well, just that a diet low in carbs! This means less bread, pasta, sugary sweets, basically less of things that we can get addicted to and crave like nobody's business. Next question… is it possible to have a diet with a bit more carbs that still allows you to lose weight or at least not gain any weight? Yes, this is possible.

Most would assume this requires hours upon hours of exercise, hitting the gym 5-6 times a week, and spending 2 or more hours there each time. There are other ways to get good looking body without taking up permanent residence at the gym. Check out www.RidTheFat.com. The truth of the matter is that the hard-core, carb free and Aitkin's style meal plans are way too strict and can be extremely detrimental to ones health.

The Atkin's diet and low carb meal plans don't work because they're not sustainable and can cause you complete misery. Why does it cause so much misery you ask? Basically our bodies don't function properly without the right amount of carbs. No carbohydrate or low carbs diet plans lead to irritability brought on by headaches and sleep deprivation. Not good!

The absolute worst part of low carb dieting is the weight gain that comes after the initial weight loss. You end up losing a lot of water weight (and often muscle loss) instead of real fat loss. Eventually you'll give in to your craving for carbs and then what happens? That's right you gain back the weight you lost and sometimes even a few extra pounds then what you started with.

There is another way and with New Year's Eve and New Year's Resolutions fast approaching I think you're ready for www.RidTheFat.com. It's time to stop torturing yourself with the best low carb diet and start giving your body exactly what it needs.
