Less sometimes does mean more. In terms of your life, there are only so many things you can do. Not because you are not physically capable, but because you have special talents. These special talents will be things you are great at, thus there will only be a few. Doing less (that which you are good at), is the wealth secret that will yield you more in the long run.

Going into detail, less is more in terms of your life because there are some key elements to your life that you are very passionate about. There may be a few things you actually love, and those things may be areas you could earn an income from. Because these things bring you joy, you will be more than likely to excel at them.

In addition to being good at them, you would want to spend as much time doing those activities as possible. The concept here is that the more you enjoy doing something, the more likely you will be to do it well. Your self-esteem will be boosted because you will begin to see how productive you have become strictly from doing something you love.

You will also notice that some of the things you used to do, value, or enjoy are no longer as important to you. This is also very important to note. You have identified a few areas in which you excel, and you have also made yourself aware of a few things that were a burden on your time. Once those items have been clearly identified, you can begin to eliminate them and devote more time to your special gifts.

Everyone has heard the saying "Jack of all trades, master of none." This is especially true in your life. You can't be everything to everyone. It may be impossible for you to be the best neighbor, the best co-worker, the best garage band leader or neighborhood watchman. What is possible may be your ability to choose an area that brings you joy, focus on that, and perfect it.

In terms of wealth, or wealth secrets, focusing on a few key areas in your life will allow you to become extremely efficient at them. You may even be considered an expert on something. You could then use that expertise to teach others what you know. Before you know it, you have blossomed into a thriving, clearly focused money earning machine.

We should note that earning more money should not take the focus away from what has become truly important to you. You should not pare down your list of things you do or enjoy and then replace them with "stuff." This stuff can be the trappings you are able to get because you are more efficient in your daily life. You can be more efficient because you have gotten good at a few things, and are no longer okay at many things.

By limiting the things you spend time doing and concentrating on things you enjoy, you are well on your way to mastering a wealth secret few of us have discovered.
