Learn The Best Weight Training Exercises For Skinny Guys n Girls!

Why would someone want to spend all their time using a training routine that gets them no results? Would you even spend one minute at the gym if you knew that all your labour was going to be in vain, without gaining so much as one extra pound or even packing on one extra inch of muscle mass?

Of course you wouldn't - would you?

And yet the amazing thing is that unless you have been taught by someone who has actually done it and really knows how to build muscle and gain mass, and can teach you how to monitor your progress step by step - then the question you need to ask yourself would be - how do I know if my hard work and labor is not also all in vain? But, even if you have been taught someone else's weight training routine, how do you know that it will be effective building muscle for you - especially if you're a skinny guy or girl?

You may not be aware of it yet, but you need to know that scrawny guys n gals need to play by a quite a different set of rules than someone who is pretty thick set and has plenty of muscle bulk already.


Think of it a bit like this - a car and a truck are both vehicles, and will both get you to the same destination even if it is one faster and one a bit slower right? However there's a big difference in what they run on - two completely different fuels - one on petrol and one on diesel. Put diesel in the car and guess what happens, same with putting petrol in the truck. In actual fact either vehicle can run with the others fuel, but it would run very, very poorly!

And the same applies to the weight training exercises for skinny guys n girls - if you use the wrong exercises (fuel) then you may get there, but even if you do it will be a very slow, stop, start journey - and who wants that right?

Ok so without any further delay - here is two exercises for every muscle group that will transform your body and get you results with your muscle building and weight training program:

Back: Close Grip Chin Ups and Bent Over Barbell Rows
Shoulders: Standing Military Press and Seated DB Shoulder Press
Chest: Flat DB Chest Press and Bench Press
Biceps: Incline Bicep Curls and Standing Barbell Curls
Quads: Lunges and Squats
Triceps: Tricep Press downs and Dips
Lower Back: Good Morning
Calves: Standing Calve Raises
Hips: Stiff Leg Dead lifts and Dead lifts
Abdominals: Weight Cable Crunches and Weight Ball Sit ups

Of course as you can imagine there is a whole list of other exercises you could be doing or that you may have been shown to do, but remember skinny guys n girls, you need to play by different muscle building rules right? That's right - so if you want to become a lot more muscular and gain strength and mass, then stay with these weight training exercises first and foremost and prepare yourself to start seeing results in the near future!
