KIA - Choosing a Family Car

KIAs for many are considered great family cars. When you're choosing a car for your family you need to consider slightly different aspects than you would choosing one for yourself or for a young professional or first time driver, and while you still want a pleasant drive that isn't an eyesore you will need to make practicality and function the focus of your search. The first thing to consider is the size of your family, and if you are the average family you are likely to have something along the lines of 2.4 children. These also have large boots which is also important to bear in mind whether for prams, wheelchairs or dogs - any of which are fairly common in families. They'll also help with large family shopping trips.
KIAs as a rule also have good fuel consumption around cities and towns which is an important consideration as you'll be doing lots of school runs and trips to work which will require a lot of stopping and starting.
