The first and the foremost certification that one needs to complete in ITIL Service Management is the ITIL Foundation Certification. This is a compulsory level that everyone needs to complete in order to get to the next level. The test usually contains 40 multiple choice questions and one hour is normally given to complete the exam. As with all other certification exams there is a minimum score for passing the exam.
