Internal Communication an essential component

Organizing communication relationships between individuals and between individuals and communities on the other hand has not always been considered essential in companies that were historically oriented productivity and a strict hierarchy of structures.

So we can say that internal communication is an essential component both in relations between individuals in the relationship between individuals and the community. However, the structures of organizations are strongly rooted in the rational model of the engineer.
