If you want to lose stomach fat this year - you can. First you have to make the decision to stick to your goal. Next you need to forget the quick solutions that promise to work faster than natural weight loss.
Don't be fooled by diet pills...you are not going to get a flat stomach popping pills. They are gimmicks. You need to change your body habits.
However, you need to take regular vitamins and supplements to boost your health. If you don't know what vitamins to take then do this
- find a superfood powder you can add water to and drink
- find a good probiotic supplement to keep your gut healthy and your immune system. You will find this will probably reduce bloating aswell.
Make logical changes to your lifestyle:
Give up smoking or drugs and don't drink excessive alchohol. A glass or two every 2 to 4 weeks is plenty.
Avoid the latest fitness and diet fads as they could be unbalanced food plans.
Exercise, Exercise, Exercise. Now, I'm not talking about joining a gym and sweating 2 hours a day. Just walk to the shops twice a week, jog around the block once a week, bike ride to work once a week - you get the idea! Exercise helps you de-stress, increase metabolism and burn fat.
Sleep early....you deserve it! We all work hard - give your body a rest - take early nights and a siesta in the day to rest your body, if you can. You will feel more energetic and emotionally happier and better equipped to face the day.
If you are stressed out type of person then you need to find out what is stressing you or more importantly WHO is stressing you out. Surround yourself with positive people who want to see you do well...it will help your mood considerably and increase your chances of sticking to your new healthy lifestyle.
Ok - so now your diet:
Give up soda drinks (both normal and sugar free).
Give up white flour, eat fruit rather than fruit drinks, give up desserts and any candy, sweets etc
Cut down or cut out fries, chips and crisps.
Cut down or cut out dairy.
Add some detox herbal teas to your diet. And drink lots of water - at least 2 litres a day.
This is very basic but you must start to make these changes before you will see results. However, the above does not replace the benefits of following a professional diet plan.
So this is what I suggest. Set yourself a goal to lose stomach fat - what weight do you want to be? How fit and toned do you want to be?
Now give up the above 'nasties' as best you can. Now head over to
