* Get Enough Sleep and Avoid Stress

Stress has long been known to cause premature aging skin. So, try as much as possible to avoid stressful situations. Also make sure you get enough rest and sleep. Women should sleep for at least seven hours and men should sleep for about eight hours a day. Studies show that sleep is a very good skin rejuvenator.

* Quit Smoking

Smoking is very harmful to your health, not only to the heart but also to the skin. The ingredients present in cigarettes have been shown to cause premature wrinkles and fine lines. Have you noticed that people who smoke tend to have more unhealthy aging skin compared to those who don't smoke? * Use only Proven Natural Anti- aging skin care products

There are lots of anti-aging skin care products on the market today claiming to make people look younger. The truth is that, not only do most of these products fail to do what they claim to do; some of them even contain chemicals that are harmful to your skin.

* Go for a walk

A professor of Kinesiology advises that walking for 30 minutes, 5 days a week will make the walls of your arteries flexible and functional, peeling 10 years off your looks.

* Don't use foundation that's lighter then your skin color. You will look pale, washed out and unhealthy.

* Don't apply your makeup too heavy because as the skin ages it starts to lose its firmness. Heavily applied makeup tends to slide into and accentuate lines and furrows.

* Fight the oxidants.

Choosing a nutritious diet that comprises of anti oxidants like vegetables, fruits, teas etc will go a long way to make you look younger and fresher.

* Reduce it to the minimum-stressful situations.

The greatest aging factor in our lives is stress, hence the great concern to reduce it. The fastest way to reduce stress is meditation and quite time. The immediate effect is that you look younger and feel better.
