Is your travel sickness stopping you from enjoying visiting the wonderful world around you? We'll show you how you can cope with it and have a lovely time wherever you go.

Travel sickness refers to the feeling of nausea or the churning in your stomach, while traveling. You end up puking and feeling really weak. It is the worst thing that could ever happen to you while traveling. How can you possibly enjoy when your sick? Put all that behind you, first begin with a wholesome and healthy diet. Often people are too scared of puking and hence prefer traveling on an empty stomach. Big mistake! If you travel on an empty stomach, you will only end up feeling nauseous. Avoid too spicy or oily food. In stead stick to a healthy diet consisting of fruits and vegetables, before traveling. If you are traveling by car, try driving and you will feel so much better. Driving will distract your mind, and you will not feel any kind of uneasiness. If that is not possible, at least try sitting next to the driver, that should help. If your traveling via plane, the center area above the wing is the best place to be seated. You can also try wearing a Scopolamine patch behind your ears or use cotton, if the sickness is due to the disturbance in the ears because of continuous movement. Many travellers with motion sickness take medications in order to prevent themselves from feeling that way. You can consult your doctor and ask for medicines that you could take while traveling. Often sickness while traveling is caused due to dehydration, so see that you keep your body hydrated throughout your journey. You can carry citrus fruit juices to drink at regular intervals. Also try and distract yourself when you are feeling too sick. You can close your eyes or listen to music in order to divert yourself. However whatever happens avoid talking to others too much or reading while traveling, as doing that could make you even more sick. You certainly wouldn't want to be puking all over the place you are traveling to right? So always carry a barf bad along while traveling, just in case!

Don't let your travel sickness stop you from exploring the world outside. Keep exploring the beautiful world you live in, and see that you explore with delight. Bon voyage amigo!
