Are you curious about the three things that most people who lost weight and keep it off

is if you hire a personal trainer and from my own experience this can get very pricey.

Number one however is having a piece of workout equipment in your home, treadmill,
stationary bike, mini trampoline, etc. Please don't be intimidated by this one I know most
of you have some piece of equipment in your home somewhere gathering dust or being used as
a clothes rack. Just dust if off and be excited! You don't have to spend hours using it
just a few minutes will help.

No the second one is not ordering Jenny Craig or Nutra System or Weight Watchers meals.
That alone cost over $300.00 a month. What most people neglect to do that is major to
losing weight is eat breakfast. Most people believe that they have to starve themselves,

nothing could be further from the truth. EAT BREAKFAST! That's the second thing you need
to do. Most people skip this every day and that causes your body to actually store more fat.
So grab a piece of fruit or a healthy muffin on your way out the door if you don't have
alot of time. This one step is very important. Do not skip this any more.

Think about this for a minute, after sleeping for approximately eight hours you also need
water. Did you know that most people actually confuse thirst for hunger. Our bodies are 75%
water so does it not make sense that we need to constantly replace it? Drink a glass of
purified or filtered water upon waking.

One of the foods you should avoid is sugar, this should be avoided at all cost. Sugarcane
is laced with chemicals and this refined white powder is put into foods because of it's
sweetness and it's addictive qualities.Eat only whole raw sugar. Do not use Aspartame,
this is an excitotoxin, it makes you fat, it makes you hungry, it makes you depressed and

it leads to all types of medical conditions, including migraines and PMS.

Are you ready for the third element that people have in common that lose and keep off the
weight? Don't freak out this is painless and takes less that 10 seconds I promise. Drum
roll please! Weight yourself daily. That's right the people who keep weight off actually
brave the dreaded scale everyday. Keep a journal or calendar and mark down this
information every day and within no time you will get excited as the pounds start coming
off. Before you know it you will be cleaning out your closet to buy some new clothes and
show off the new you. Whatever you do, do something! A little bit everyday will make a big
difference in no time.
