A picture of the earth and stone stage at Jesus' Return Site is my most treasured photograph from the time I spent in Galilee. This stage tied together my three dreams of Jesus' Second Coming and the reality of this trip to Israel. My morning devotions at Jesus' Return Site established the spirit and focus for the writing each day. The walking and the praying centered me on asking Jesus Christ to lead my steps and reveal His Words. Most of the time, writing in my room at the Ohalo Manor went well, but the day I wrote Chapter 3. True and False Pergamum Church in "Is Your Church Heavenly? A Question from Christ for Every Christian", proved both trying and difficult. With this chapter, I reluctantly dealt with the sinfulness of humanity and the wrath of God. I drank quarts of the strong Arabic coffee that the Ohalo Manor provided in my room and wrote well into the night…wrestling with the conflict between the true and false Christians at Pergamum Church, my own sinful nature, and Jesus Christ's divine expectations. Needless to say, I did not get much sleep and the next morning I was unable to eat my daily breakfast of fish and bread. So when I arrived at Jesus' Return Site, I was exhausted and my stomach ached from too much coffee and not enough food. I could not start walking and praying. Defeated and ashamed, I turned my back to the calm waters of the Sea of Galilee and looked to the hills that rose towards the northern horizon. As my gaze lingered, my head became heavy from the weight of sin around my neck and my eyes fell hopelessly to the ground. With my head bowed, I saw a small white stone. I picked up the white stone and discovered that Jesus Christ had etched my new name on this white stone. Thankful for His forgiveness and His reminder of my mission here in Galilee, I started praying and walking around the earth and stone stage at His Return Site. Then at 9:19 am, I left Jesus' Return Site and returned to my room at the Ohalo Manor to receive His writing instructions for today's letter to His Church. Once in my room, He directed me to these words in Psalm 121: "I look to the hills; where will my help come from? My help will come from the Lord, who made heaven and earth. He will not let you fall; your protector is always awake. The protector of Israel never dozes or sleeps. The Lord will guard you; he is by your side to protect you. The sun will not hurt you during the day, nor the moon during the night. The Lord will protect you from all danger; he will keep you safe. He will protect you as you come and go now and forever." After reading these words from Jesus Christ, I said, "Amen!"
