Review of Fat Loss for Idiots

Is this diet a scam, that is what everyone wants to know. What is the great secret that they are selling that will have you losing significant weight in as little as 11 days? Am I wasting my money or is this something I can buy confidently and actually get results for once?

If you have been asking these questions, you have come to the right place. The diet itself is very attractive to the masses for two reasons: it promises massive weight loss over a very short period of time and it is very inexpensive. Combine them together and you have a very popular diet fad, again.

What has people crying foul is that for their hard earned money, they are simply receiving a diet calendar and a recommended list of foods and meals. The premise of the diet is to eat what they tell you (you can buy all the food at your local market and are not locked into buying expensive program food) and do so in the quantities that they recommend for 11 days and then you get to reward yourself of 3 days of whatever you want to eat.

The title of the diet says it all, Fat Loss for Idiots. This is nothing new to the weight loss industry. The whole diet is based on eating foods that are low in carbs and keeping you on a restricted calorie count. This sends your body into a form of shock. When your body wants to burn energy, the first source is carbs. If your diet is lacking in carbs, your body goes after fat. Now you have a diet keeping you around 1,500 calories a day with limited carbs when it was used to a diet of say 3,000 or more and tons of carbs, of course you are going to lose weight you idiot!

Part of the recommended program is to also exercise and drink plenty of water. This is true of every other diet on the market but the actual premise of this diet is sound. If memory serves, go back a few years and this same exact diet was out until it was supposedly found to be harmful. Then we had the South Beach Diet and the Cookie Diet, etc. You may be able to accuse the creators of this 'new diet' several things but I don't believe scam artist is one of them. They are merely proving that anyone who buys it is in fact an idiot because all of this information is free and on the web it you would just look a little bit.
