The whole idea just seemed odd to me. Immediately after it started though I was loving the characters and appreciating the writing. This series is dramatic and strong. In 2003 Fox was not interested, but in 2004 they tried it out. This series gets a hold of you and you are in for the count. From beginning to end. For any serious fan, having the DVDs is a must.<br /> <br /> Prison Breaks fourth season is the best in my opinion. The characters are so familiar after all this time, that I was completely involved in what happened to them. I loved every minute partly because I knew this was the final dramatic adventure.<br /> <br /> Season four starts with a bang with Michael going after those responsible for Sara's demise. The plot eventually travels to Michael's rescue of Lincoln and improbable save of Sara. The whole crew enjoys exoneration save T-Bag. He is sentenced to death in the electric chair.<br /> <br /> At the end of the series there is an epilogue that is four years in the future. The team has gotten together to see each other and honor the anniversary of Michael's death. In The Final Break, after all the stuff that happened in the TV movie Prison Break, Michael trades his life to get Sara's freedom from prison.<br /> <br /> This DVD set, has a lot of commentary that comes with it, which quite frankly I love. Hearing from the cast and people who worked directly on the film, really gives you the insiders look at the whole process. I don't think that this is the last you will see from Prison Break, as I am pretty sure that a more advanced set with more extras will be coming out on Blu Ray before long, but for now, this is a wonderful way to wrap up your Prison Break collection and watch it for years to come.<br /> <br /> For fans of this show <a href="http://www.cdwow.com/DVD/Prison-Break-Season-4-7-Discs/product/view/8565889">Prison Break Season 4 DVD</a> is a collectors dream.
