Selling Your House is Primarily a Numbers Game

Your job as a "For Sale By Owner" is to expose your property
to the largest number of potential buyers possible at the lowest price.

Notice we said largest number of potential buyers not largest number
of people.

Here is part of the System we use to sell homes at full price in less than 12 weeks!

First we place a sign (not just any sign) but one that will get people to call. On the sign is our toll free number and an extension number assigned exclusively to your house. This way anyone driving by can get information about your house 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You may not have thought about it but if you're not there to answer your phone your house is essentially off the market. Our 24 hour, toll free line solves that problem. Plus we've found that more people will call if they know they can get information without having to get involved with a seller or sales person.

Second we will also place a second sign in your yard. This is what we call our "Ugly Yellow Sign". It's a bright yellow sign just screams READ ME! Again it has our toll free number on it and a different extension. This extension will give any potential buyer more information about the possible financing options available on your home. We know that if they can not qualify, they can't buy.


The information they hear will encourage them to find out how easy it is to qualify with the flexible financial options you offer.

We offer two signs and two extension because our research has shown that the financing signs helps increase caller response 350%. Plus it breaks down the buyers "advertising radar" Most people driving down the street have what we call their "advertising radar" up. This radar screens out most unnecessary information like Realtor For Sale Signs. The Yellow Ugly Sign helps break through this screening.

Plus we know for certain that being able to offer a Small DOWN payment on our homes will increase interest dramatically.

Next we are going to produce as part of our system two color sales flyers with a picture of our home. One flyer will have the specific amenities of our house listed, the other will have financial details about buying our house.

These flyers can be copied and placed in the tube or brochure holder on the outdoor signs.

Our home will be featured on our website ZeroDownHomesTexas.com. This is an interactive
site where interested buyers can go on line and get specific information about our homes for sell. This site is available both in the US and internationally so if people are moving into our area, they have the ability to see oour homes.

Note you choose if you want the address listed on our site or not. Most choose not to have the address listed for security reasons, but that is your option. If the address is not listed on the website we are able to screen and pre-qualify potential buyers before they make and appointment to see your home. By pre-screening these calls
we reduce the number of calls to you, but if they do not qualify, or are not willing to give us any information we have found that they are not serious buyers.

We also offer you the option of putting your phone number on the website and if you want to take all of the calls, by all means, feel free. What we have found is that when the signs go up, the call volume is heavy the first 2 weeks, then the calls seem to dwindle.
That's usually because the first week all the neighbors call to find out how much your selling your house for, and many of the other calls are from Realtors and Real Estate investors that are either trying to list your house or buy it from you cheap.
