Stop living in the past. We all have our pasts to deal with. We cannot erase it but we can ignore it and decide to move on. Pick up yourself from the vicious cycle of the past and live your life to the brim. Do not justify the past through blaming others. Accept past mistakes but do not be consumed by them. Give everything to God. Permit Him to do his job, hoping in the thought that He will completely erase the past. Ease up. Have fun. Permit yourself to be trustful. Never allow the past to destroy your future.

Getting Motivated.

Keep in mind that your thoughts determine your emotions. Direct your thoughts and refine them into positive tools to become an overcomer. Stop criticizing yourself, grasp the opportunity to strengthen yourself that your judgment is right. Do not blame others or find reasons for your actions, but rather firmly resolve that the change you desire emanates from the innermost of yourself. Take accountability, acknowledge and love yourself. Savor your accomplishments.

Do not return to the vicious cycle of worrying especially during eating. This is disrespect to the Lord. If you are in a predicament you must have to deal with, jot it down on paper and take time off it for awhile. Never try to address issues before eating. Once you have decided, refrain from worrying and be constructive. If things remain as they are, surrender everything to God. Nothing can be hidden from the Lord. He knows your heart, your longings and wants. The Lord knows our capabilities. Always seek guidance for you to be able to understand your predicament.

Look at the future from a new perspective. You are a renewed person. Your mind is no longer stuffed with the negative thoughts, but rather, it is refilled with renewed and new positive thoughts that you are a changed creation. Create a new list of your plans and goals. Make a list of assuring statements to boost and invigorate you. Joy and serenity will no longer be easily taken away from you because it is in your heart. It is your decision to be happy and at peace.

The healing of compulsive behavior cannot be hurried. The recovery process is like rebuilding a house that has collapsed due to weak foundations. The structures of you life need rebuilding brick upon brick.. Your behaviors and lifestyle will need to be rebuilt. Only through repetition can you create new neurological pathways and new patterns of behavior. Never become discouraged. Be thank full for any progress you have and most of all fight for your freedom.
