Hotel Courtyard Marriott has an innovative plan to help you cool down. Their "Summer Cocktails" through the month of May, at the Rhapsody, is like a breath of fresh air…

A range of refreshing and cooling cocktails have been deftly whipped up by imaginative bartenders especially for Chennai's hot and sultry summer.

Chunks of water melon, ginger ale, Vodka and Grenadine syrup come together for ‘Melon Fizz' while ‘Caipiroska' is a chilling combination of mint leaves, Vodka, brown sugar and lemon juice.

For the more adventurous, there's ‘tornado' cooking up a stormy shooter with Vodka, cranberry juice, mint leaves and brown sugar. Expect to pay Rs 375--Rs. 475.

‘Rhapsody Sea Breeze' is a sultry mocktail with lemonade, apple and cranberry juice. Blackcurrant, lemon and lime juice come together in ‘purple passion' while ‘blue dot' is a swirl of pineapple juice, blue Curacao and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

For a refreshing change try the combination of ginger ale, grenadine and a slice of orange aptly named ‘Rosy Ale Twist'. All mocktails are priced at Rs. 195.

So, go right ahead and chill out at ‘Rhapsody' this summer…
