Conduct and Character

Conduct refers to personal behavior, in brief the way one act and behaves. Conduct and character must go hand in hand to support each other. In real life character is very important. Though some people may appear good for external appearance but they may hide their intensions privately. By looking a person how can one can recognize as a good character person? How far can a person act as a good person, one day his character may be revealed.

In schools, Colleges or universities one's character may be recognized by giving conduct certificate, but in real life no one can give conduct certificate just we must trust to ourselves. One can be called as a good person or good character as it depends upon their behavior.

Conduct is what we perform and Character is what we are or how we behave. Wherever we go conduct plays a very prominent role whether it may be schools, colleges, universities, organizations etc. For example: For a school admission, college, university everything depends upon the conduct certificate. To marry a man or woman we will see how his/her character, so the whole life depends upon the "conduct". Character is the state of the heart, conduct its outward expression. Character is the root of the tree, conduct, the fruit it bears.

Good manners, in the best sense of the term, are outward manifestations of a kindly disposition. Any man or boy who really desires to make those around him happy, who tries to scatter sunshine, and who thinks, will acquire pleasant manners. It must not be forgotten that the kindly word and the considerate and cheering act are the result of thought as well as of feeling. The wise parents will not forget in training their children. The man possessed of good manners, succeeds better in business or in professional life than the man whose conduct and bearing are not pleasing.

Good character of a person goals and achievements are high, they struggle for a last moment to reach their goals eventhough there are many hindrances. In the other hand, bad conduct person may not succeed in their lives because they don't have good ideas or good thoughts. So, from the childhood itself must grown up with the good attitudes and conduct may leads to good citizens.
