Designing an official letterhead and envelope for printing is an effective way of drawing more customers and bigger profits because it gives a feel of professionalism and legitimacy for the company. If there's a great deal of customers who trust the company and continue to support their services, word will surely spread, thus attracting more prospective clients and even business associates.

Enevelope printing may be done in different styles and colors. If you choose to order one-color envelopes for your company from online printing services, you can choose from the available colors black, reflex blue or standard red. One-color envelope means that only the design included, which is on the opposite side of the flap, is colored.

There is also a variety of sizes to select. The standard size (4.125"x 9.5") envelopes, with pointed flap and made with 24 lb paper, are available with or without a window. The other sizes, available in square flaps, include A-2 (4 3/8"x5 3/4") which is good for note cards and RSVP cards, A-6 (4.75"x6.5") for note present cards and invitations, A-7 (5.25"x7.25") for greeting cards, the 9.5"x 12.5" open-end catalog envelope, and the 6"x9" open-end catalog envelope. A-2, A-6, and A-7 are made with 60 lb white paper while 9.5"x 12.5" and 6"x9" are in 28 lb white. All envelopes are gum sealed.

Meanwhile, you can also order full-color envelopes if the company has enough funds allotted for the printing. Full-color envelopes are either colored on both front and back side, or colored only on one side and black or empty on the other. Colored envelopes are only available in 4.125"x 9.5" and are more expensive than one-color envelopes.

Letterhead printing, on the other hand, are done on 5.5"x8.5", 8.5"x11" or 11"x17" 70 lb offset paper and are full-colored on the front.

No matter how creative and eye-catching your business' letterheads and envelopes are, the important thing is the information the company is providing its customers and business partners.
