UK commercial fuelling specialist Cameron Forecourt has launched a new “all types” package for operators struggling to keep their installations flowing.
The “Emergency “ service and repair package has been launched in response to an increasing number of operators who have issued an SOS to Cameron Forecourt after finding it hard to obtain satisfactory after-sales back-up.
The company operates a nationwide round-the-clock computer-controlled service operation for its own customers, which is now being extended to all leading brands of pumps and fuel management systems.
Explains Cameron’s Sales and Marketing Manager Martyn Gent: “We have noticed a marked increase in enquiries from fleet operators who are struggling to obtain the levels of service support they need.
“Many have invested in equipment as recently as the last three or four years, but are finding it difficult to get any response as a number of manufacturers are struggling in the current economic climate. As an establish fuel systems supplier and installer with 30 years’ experience, we are ideally placed to help in almost all cases.”
Cameron’s engineers have a broad experience of tanks installation, gauging equipment, dispense pumps and fuel management systems commonly used in by fleet operators who bunker their own fuel.
Adds Martyn Gent: “Much of the technology and equipment used is industry standard and, as such, experienced engineers can deal with the majority of faults, whatever the system being used. It’s very much like calling out someone to repair a domestic appliance – skilled people can easily deal with all makes.
“That means we can help operators keep the fuel flowing and make sure their vehicles are on the road earning them revenue, which is essential in the current economic climate.”
In addition to its emergency service, Cameron Forecourt is also offering “all makes” service contracts, subject to a satisfactory initial survey of the installation.
Cameron Forecourt Ltd is a privately owned company offering a truly national maintenance and installation service using directly employed engineering staff and has been providing a turnkey “one stop shop” service to the commercial fuel industry for almost 30 years.
Tank gauging and leak detection systems, pumps,
fuel management systems, pipework and electrical systems are just some of the products and services available.
