With Eye Earn you will get free new affiliates every month. You get shares from Eye Earn depending on your leadership position. These shares get you 2 to 4 new affiliates every month per share. These shares are not accumulative so your total will reset to 0 every month. If you do all this your versa point total will be over 2000, but don't stop there. After you get the points do it again until you have a total of 4000 versa points. Only 2000 points from sales will count for leadership positions. This is what you will get out of all this. You will become silver team leader, get a high commission rates, 3 shares (gets you 2-4 new affiliates next month per share. If you don't do Eye Earn you wont get this.), leadership tools, and much more. This is the part I like the best: you will be in the top 300 or should be depending how high the totals get. You will get an equal share of co-sponsored affiliates. Around 200. A lot of these will be garbage but you'll get a bunch of EA's and hard working people plus a bunch of new people that will need your help.
