Carbohydrates

They give you most of the energy that is needed to keep ourselves going through a difficult series of chemical reactions that begin whenever we eat any carbohydrate rich food. Carbs are converted into glucose, and this travels through every cell, creating energy.
Experts like to argue that the diets we eat today actually give us up to three times more protein than we really need. Some other people say that you can never have enough protein. There is also difference of opinion regarding carbs. Some say that a heavy carb diet is good for us, while others believe that it is asking for trouble.
