The conflict in East Timor has been called "the forgotten conflict". It has not, however, been completely forgotten. One man continues to be the international voice of peace and prosperity for the world’s newest nation. Dr. José Ramos-Horta’s life mission has been dedicated to his beloved country. A Nobel Peace Laureate, he continues to keep East Timor prominent in the hearts and minds of the international community.
