Richard A. Hall is CEO of Master Portable Floors, a portable flooring company in Grass Valley, CA. Master Portable Floors has greater than a decade of consistent customer satisfaction. Over the years, countless professional dances, and tens of thousands of happy guests have danced, walked, and exhibited on Master Portable Floors. Richard was an executive in the photographic and real estate industries before attending law school and conducted performance and budget analysis for the Amraam missile project. He developed multiple systems for quantifying delivery of services and products, and has implemented "performance to plan" evaluation systems for cost and schedule components of performance.
