Richard Flowers, A.A., B.S., M.S.,A.S., C.T., has been an award winning, full time, working, certified teacher since 1989 and has taught various age groups in all subjects. His research in how children learn has led him to develop unique and innovative teaching techniques that utilize the ways people naturally learn. Richard is not just a philosophical theoretician,but he uses his techniques teaching everyday in his classroom so he knows that it works! He uses integrated thematic instruction combined with music, rhythm, drama, role playing, art, crafts, memory systems, chants, acronyms, acrostics, musical phonograms, utilizing power reading words and phrases, musical lyrics and piggy back songs to develop learning and intelligence.
