Career Management Toolkit (http://www.career-management-toolkit.com) is the brainchild and passion of Brian Moore. Following the completion of his Bachelor Degree in Business (Major in Banking & Finance) in the mid 1980's, Brian spent the next 6 years in both the merchant banking and telecommunications industries. He initially worked in finance, however, after spending 1989 travelling the world with a backpack, he changed direction into sales and marketing management. Brian joined the executive recruitment and career management industry in 1993, recruiting Finance Directors and Chief Financial Officers for a major global recruitment group. He also project and key account managed the group's largest graduate development program for a global manufacturing client. By the end of 1996, he had developed his expertise in recruitment from graduate to senior executive level, across a wide spectrum of industries. In early 1997, he was asked to transfer to the company's 2 year old Hong Kong office to create, build and lead two North Asian recruitment teams - Banking & Finance and Accounting. He was also a key member of the company's regional management committee, advising on growth strategies, enhancing regional operations and key account management. Towards the end of 1999, Brian saw that an obvious niche existed within the overcrowded executive recruitment industry, so in early 2000, he launched a company which focuses on working as a personal agent for job seekers in the global employment market. He has been described by many as the Jerry Maguire of the executive recruitment industry, and has represented executives in the USA, UK, Canada, Japan, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Italy, Abu Dhabi, Jordan, Spain and New Zealand. Brian leads the company's strategic direction and works in partnership with both executive job seeker and hiring company clients, driving both business development and service delivery. His industry coverage extends from financial services to consumer goods, pharmaceuticals to government, telecommunications to retail. He has advised and recruited people working in marketing, sales, finance, banking, public relations, supply chain, human resources, IT, graduate development programs, senior management, and many other functions. Brian has been interested in the Internet since the 1990's and believes in its' power to provide knowledge to the global population. He created the Career Management Toolkit to share the knowledge and expertise that he has accumulated throughout his career, with the aim to help the global workforce make better and more informed career decisions, as well as for them to continue to pass that knowledge to others that they care about. When not working and travelling, Brian enjoys spending as much time as possible with his wife, daughter, and pet Golden Retriever. He is an avid runner and tennis player, with a huge passion for music
