Fear:
"See yourself on the mountaintop without those CNN labeled experts around you. What would your world look like? Much different, wouldn't it? The world is full of stories designed to make you feel bad . . . don't listen."
From "It's The Stories You Tell That Color Your Life"
By Marylou and Alan Falstreau
Anxiety, and its cousins fear and worry, have nothing to do with the situations, people, places or things you encounter . . . but are sparked by the stories you tell about the situations, people, places or things that pop up in your life experience. For you see, these situations, in and of themselves, are neutral . . . neither good or bad . . . its your stories that label them as such.

Everyone has fear at some level. The secret is not to feed it.

You have leaned toward fear and worry your whole life . . . but what has this gained you . . . but more intense fear and worry. Relax and release . . . breath and inhale the wonders that abound all around.

Resist with all your power the tactics of fear and worry propagated by the world. Understand however, that there will be those around you who at times are sucked in by these tactics. Do not judge them . . . love them. For it is through your attitude of love and acceptance that they will begin to change. Don't continue to let the world dictate their growth and awareness. Be the change . . . always be the change in a swirling world of chaos.

Pay attention to what "they" want you to believe. For you do have a choice. Your beliefs are totally yours . . . choose them wisely.
The Antidote To Fear:
"The day you no longer listen to the stories of fear and worry told by the world is the day you have the freedom you so desire."
From "It's The Stories You Tell That Color Your Life"
By Marylou and Alan Falstreau
There is beauty in a snowy day, just as there may be fear in this same snowy day. The difference is merely what you choose to observe and the story you tell. The beauty is always there, The fear comes in when you push or place force in a direction that is not in harmony with that particular moment. When this happens, simply pause and see the beauty. This will give you the awareness to see when the moment is right to move forward in the direction that, just moments ago caused you fear, worry and an anxious heart.

It's the stories you tell yourself, combined with the stories told by those around you that color your life. So choose the colors that make you smile, if that is what you desire. Choose the colors that make you sad if that is what you desire. Choose the colors from the unlimited source of hues and tones to illustrate the stories you tell yourself and share with others.

Fear is the crippler of this day . . . just as polio was the crippler of my youth. When was the last time you heard of someone getting polio? The same will be true of fear. Keep taking the steps and you will not be afflicted. The vaccine needed in this case is in the stories you tell . . . tell only powerful, healthy stories.

Asking questions out of fear and expecting an answer that is not fear based is a false hope. If you have a concern, ask from a powerful perspective and you will be matched with a powerful answer. Questions and answers must match on an energetic level. For you see, the road to abundance is found by asking powerful - not fear based questions. Powerfully worded questions lead to powerful abundant answers.
Questions for reflection:
As a child . . . what stories of fear and worry were you told?
As an adult . . . what stories of fear and worry are you told?
Do you still re-tell yourself any of these stories?
If you could color yourself any color . . . what color would it be . . . and why?
Is There An Antidote To Today's Fear & Worry?
Yes . . . its all about the stories we tell.
